ZenithLogicDynamics provides enterprise technology solutions including but not limited to platform architecture, process automation, legacy system modernization, cloud infrastructure, API gateway development, security frameworks, and analytics dashboards.
3. Service Agreements
All services are subject to a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) that defines specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and support terms. These Terms of Service apply in conjunction with any applicable SLA.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated:
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue
- Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in deliverables are transferred to the client. ZenithLogicDynamics retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in service delivery.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. ZenithLogicDynamics reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of material breach.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaga, Espana.

1. General Refund Terms
ZenithLogicDynamics is committed to delivering high-quality enterprise solutions. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable Spanish and EU consumer protection laws.

- Cancellation occurs before work has commenced
